HOW IT WORKS
Listed bellow are four steps of our process. However, in order to initiate the first meeting, we encourage you to complete our Question Form.
Once we have completed analysis of your business we then finalize the budget and next steps to get you on track.
We will recommend the fixed-fee package for your business and discuss the plan for cleanup/setup of the project.
Don't worry if there is any 'catch-up' work needs to be done. We will go through your books and make sure that all reconciliations are complete through the end of the last completed month. Depending on where you are, it might require just a couple weeks or months that need to be updated. In order to make things more manageable for you, we offer discounts on our regular fee for each month of catch-up work to be done, which also can be prorated throughout of the year.
We will present a written engagement letter outlining all details of our plan.

Let's set up your cloud-based accounting
Once we have mutually decided on our plan, we will enter into an agreement and proceed to the setup phase to ensure a smooth and seamless transition to our services.
We will set you up with cloud-based accounting system (Xero or QuickBooks Online) and apps and we will also teach you how to use them making sure you feel comfortable using new tools.
You will be provided with unlimited support from our team using your preferred contact methods (Skype, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
